3pp Step Down Splint is an easy, effective way to restore combined DIP and PIP flexion following injury or surgery. Static progressive stretch can be easily applied to tolerance for optimal treatment compliance.

It is recommended that this splint is fitted by a hand therapist or other medical professional.

Sizing, measure finger from web space to tip and width across the proximal phalanx.

Webspace to fingertip
